About
My Sweet is a Brooklyn-based artisan brand where every sweet is handmade to order with high-quality ingredients. My Sweet celebrates Brigadeiro—Brazil's favorite and traditional sweet.

As a creative director and designer I created, developed and built the brand from the ground up. Logotype and visual identity, photography, website, ecommerce to it’s brick-and-mortar store in Bushwick, Brooklyn NY. The brand got a lot of recognition in the food business and with consumers across the country. In 2015 My Sweet and Häagen-Dazs collaborated together to develop an ice cream flavor, based on the original Brigadeiro.

To introduce Brigadeiro to the world we approached photography as a way to elevate the product and showcase all the love and labor that goes into every sweet along with premium quality ingredients.

mysweet.com website was designed to introduce the brand and its products to consumers everywhere. As a direct to consumer brand the website is an important piece of the business, representing 60% of the sales. Check it out mysweet.com

Packaging

This packaging was created with jute, an extremely durable natural vegetable that is biodegradable and inexpensive. The choice of material was inspired by the cocoa beans sacks and is intended to transmit the idea of freshness and the handmade identity of My Sweet and its brand image.
