About
On a three sided marketplace, the restaurant selection and retention is definitely a key piece in the overall success of Uber Eats. As a global creative lead, I oversee and lead a team of in-house designers and external agencies, responsible for brand development, campaigns, art direction, and product marketing launches.

We created a complete restaurant-facing website translated into more than 45 languages, that allows restaurants to signup for Uber Eats, while also providing existing restaurants with a one stop destination for all the information they are looking for. I was responsible for managing an external agency and a team of internal designers and copy writers from UX to content creation. As well as managing expectations from internal leadership and stakeholders.

Designing brand into every touchpoint ensures a consistent user experience, and over time, builds a relationship with the customer. We worked closely with product design to bring the brand and user experience together every step of the way.

Restaurant Stories

For B2B content creation, better than Uber Eats telling restaurateurs the benefits of delivery, we asked  restaurant owners, managers and chefs currently using the platform to do that for us.
